West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc (Maynilad) is offering septic tank cleaning services to its residential and semi-business customers this November in select parts of Caloocan, Malabon, Manila, Navotas, Quezon City, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and in Cavite province at no extra cost.

Maynilad President and CEO Ramoncito S. Fernandez said that Maynilad’s sanitation program lessens pollution loading into river systems that empty out to Manila Bay, “We offer this desludging service in areas that are not covered by our existing sewer network. Availing of this service will prevent harmful effluents from being released to the environment and posing a hazard to community health. We urge our customers to avail.”

Maynilad customers residing at Barangays 25, 27, 28, 35, 63 to 73, 76 to 81, 84 to 87, 89, 90, 92 to 95, 97 to 99, 133 to 135 and 140 to 154 in Caloocan; Tañong, Tenejeros, Tonsuya and Tugatog in Malabon; 188 to 190, 192 to 198, 715, 718 to 721, 726, 727, 731 to 738, 740 and 742 to 744 in Manila; Bagumbayan North, Bangculasi, Daanghari, Navotas East, San Jose, San Roque, Sipac-Almacen, Tangos and Tanza in Navotas; and in Gulod in Quezon City may avail of this cleaning service, which normally costs around PhP4,000 per truck.

Customers in the south may also avail of this service, particularly those from: Almanza Uno and Dos, Pamplona Tres, Panapaan III, Pilar and Pulang Lupa Uno and Dos in Las Piñas; Bayanan, Poblacion, Sucat and Tunasan in Muntinlupa; Baclaran, Don Bosco, Don Galo, La Huerta, Merville, San Martin De Porres and Santo Niño in Parañaque; Habay II, Ligas I to III and Molino IV, VI and VII in Bacoor, Cavite; Barangays 6, 10-A and 10-B, 13, 23, 26, 38, 42-M, 44, 45-M, 46, 48, 49, 49-A, 52, 53, 55 to 57 and 59 in Cavite City; and in Bayan Luma III to VI, Bucandala II to V, Carsadang Bago I and Malagasang II-A, II-B, II-D to II-G in Imus, Cavite.
