This January, Maynilad will offer septic tank cleaning services to its residential and semi-business customers in select parts of Manila, Makati, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, Valenzuela, Quezon City, and Cavite at no extra cost.
Maynilad customers residing at Barangays 417-425 in Sampaloc, Manila; Brgys. 150-165, 174-177, 183, 184, 192-194, 197 and 198 in Pasay; Bangkal, Palanan, Pio del Pilar, and San Antonio in Makati; Lawang Bato in Valenzuela; and Bagbag, Fairview, Greater Lagro, North Fairview, Pasong Putik, San Bartolome and Sta. Lucia in Quezon City may avail of this cleaning service, which normally costs around ₱3,000 per truck.
Customers in the south may also avail of this service, particularly those from: Alabang, Cupang, Poblacion, Putatan and Tunasan in Muntinlupa; BF Homes, Don Bosco, Merville and Sun Valley in Parañaque; and Brgys. 3, 6-8, 10, 13, 16, 18, 19, 23, 26, 28, 29, 31, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40-42, 44-59, 61, 62, 62-A and 62-B in Cavite City.
Maynilad President and CEO Ramoncito S. Fernandez emphasized that Maynilad’s sanitation program is part of the effort to protect community health and the environment. “We ask our customers to avail of this service, as it helps to lessen pollution loading into our river systems.”
